Panes y Peces Hands of Hope began in 2019 with a big dream to serve the community we love. What started with a vision to help families in need has grown into a dedicated outreach effort providing food, resources, and hope to individuals and families throughout Stockton and the surrounding areas.

Since our beginning, we have worked to meet people where they are through mobile food distributions, emergency support, and compassionate community service. We believe every family deserves access to nourishment, dignity, and care during difficult times.

As we continue to grow, we remain committed to expanding our impact and look forward to many more years of serving our community with love, faith, and compassion.
